Ipaq 5555 bluetooth problem

I have an Ipaq 5555 and am unable to dial via bluetooth with my new Motorola v551 phone. I was able to do this with my v 501. Any suggestions?
I get the error message:
"This phone is not configured to accept a connection. This applet requires the Serial Port Profile (ssp) on the remote phone. Please make sure this is available and configured."

I have the same problem with a Nokia 6230 and an IPAQ 2490. How did you manage to resolve your problem?
