Changing screen in Tungsten E

Has anyone ever attempted to change a screen out in a Tungsten E. Got a Palm with some other accessories off of E-Bay and the screen seems to be the only issue.

I have never do it personally, but I have attempted to in the past. The problem I always ran into, was finding a screen that was worth buying. If you find a screen it is almost better to pay a littler more money and get a new T/E. But, I have never actually changed the screen itself.
