Hello everyone.
I have been doing hardware and software support for BlackBerry users since 1999. In that time, I have fixed thousands of BlackBerry handhelds and have also supported a user base of over 50k BlackBerry users - so needless to say, there is not much I have not seen. Chances are, if you work for a Fortune 1000 company and you have outsourced BlackBerry support, we've spoke. :D
By popular demand, I have opened up a webstore that carries a full line of parts and repair services especially for BlackBerry. Please take a look.
