Is this going to come out anytime soon and why are they moving so slowly in advancing their OS? Rumor is that it has been bad management at the company HQ. I fear Pocket PC may actually be better at this point.

From what I can tell, OS 6 was vaporware before it started. PalmSource has already announced that they will be working with Linux in the near future, so I doubt OS 6 will even debut.

By working on Linux do you mean that they are re-doing the OS to be written in Linux? I don't even know what language its written in now actually. I wonder what advantages they expect by doing it in Linux.

I'm not sure. Either way, it's a good idea IMO, and it's apparently supposed to be very transparent on the front-end UI.
