E Sock Panic?!

On using EPOC Sync between my Psion 5mx and Netbook (going from the Netbook) I occassionally get the error message:

"e sock panic reason code 14"

If I run EPOC Sync again it's usually OK but sometimes it takes a few attempts. All files are closed on both machines and have not noticed this happening between my Mako and Netbook.

yeess, I used to get that too...


I asked the author of EPOCSync about it, but we didn't find a resolution. It only seems to happen if you're trying to sync a number of nested folders, so now i only sync the really important files (Agenda, Contacts and my current docs).

Thanks Yan - yes I do have a number of folders in folders which may cause the problems. However I need to keep them all synch'ed!
