How do I get that purple route line back?

I lost my purple route line.... It no longer shows the entire route. How do I get that back? I have scrolled through all the menus and I can't find it anywhere.

Recalculate the route. Pick your destination from the waypoints and select "route to"....or just RTFM.

it never pops up at all. not sure what to do. garmin didn't really have an answer for me either. it just went away for some reason. i only see it on the turn preview screen, but never on the main screen. any other ideas on how to get this back?

Ah ha. That was it. You nailed it. It's been a little confusing since I added the Blue Charts because it added some extra menus.
