Documents To GO Problem

I just started using my life drive. Before this PDA i had another palm pda. I am running into problems with using my docs to go because the old version loaded on my life drive and the life drive does not support the format. I went into my computer and got rid of the documents to go file and then i tried to reload it back on from the CD provided by life drive. At that point it still would not open my word files. I then tried going into my pda and getting rid of the docs to go files "word,slides, sheets". that only made things worse. Now it tells me there is no application to support my word files. Before it told me i had a old version of docs to go and needed to visit the web site to get a new version.

So what do i do to get my docs to go working. this is a important program for my job?
