Pros and Cons of upgrading to WM2005?

Dell sent me the wm2005 upgrade. In your opinion is it better, and will most of the freeware software still work? Does it make the PDA slow down any? :rolleyes:

The disadvantages are as mentioned, some applications are not yet optimized for WM 5.0 and you will have to upgrade Activesync to version 4.1 which is very different from older version.

By the way, its official name is Windows Mobile 5.0, you will be able to search for more information with that name.
