go to www.ilinx.co.jp. they have a browser called Xiino, formerly Plamscape, that i have used on a previous palm with good results.

I am concluding this week that Palm just doesn't GET what users want.

We want wireless email in single device.

We don't want to have to go to the WEB to configure, manage, delete or access our email. That's why we bought the device.

We want reliability.

We want support and real people when it doesn't work.

I just got a Blackberry... and for all it's flaws, it does all of that... meanwhile, my i705 is STILL in limboland between a palm.com and a palm.net account and all emails to the account bounce back... and I get fatal errors when it tries to retrieve mail... and and and and and...

Gee, my Blackberry gets mail just fine.

I think we've been here before. Bring the i705 back. Demand a a full refund and tell Palm what you think of the POS.

Hummmm.............

Use what you want, but if you cannot get you i705 working then the problem may not be with the machine...

Do you think anyone will produce a JavaSript capable browser for the i705 that will go through Palm Net? The i705 is certainly the best wireless platform I've used; but there are a few web sites that I use every day that I just can't use without JavaScript. I've burnt up Google looking for one; and have found a few JavaScript capable browsers, but they all require Palm OS 5 or Palm modem access to an ISP.

Anyone have any ideas?

Thx.
