Is there a camera attachment for a PDA?

I'm looking into buy'n a Dell Axim..... is there a digital camera attachment that connects through the Compact Flash slot?

There are cameras that fit the cf slot, but I don't know if they work in other brand pda's. I'd email dell and ask them - they should know.

There is one for jornada I believe and pretty sure there are others.
