Utillities for flashing ROM/Updates?

Anyone know of some PC utility software for making a back-up to SD of at least the: 1) ROM; 2) Bootloader; 3) CRC; 4) OpSystem. And, utilities to view ROM and ROM extensions; to rename/edit ROM/Update image files and headers; for the x5 through x51?

Found plenty for WinMobile phone editions on the international net; where are the utilities for Dells? In English?
