Help with Missing Icons

I have noticed something and wondered if any of you have had the same experience or know of a solution. I have noticed that as long as I stay in the native Palm launcher all of my program Icons are visible. However, in several launchers, I have tried SilverScreen, Launcher III and now I use MegaLauncher, that there are certain programs that show up but have no Icon as in the native Palm Launcher and therefore the 3rd party launchers just add a file folder or some other icon of their choice. I have also noticed that if I change to the small icon view that some of the programs whose icons are missing in the large icon view are now available and others have no small icon. For example in all the 3rd party launchers mentioned above in the normal icon view, AOL icon does not show up, but in the small icon view the AOL icon can be seen. If I exit the 3rd party launchers to the Palm launcher the AOL icon is visible in both large & small views

What could be the cause of this, since some programs see to see the icons and others don't? Is there a way around this? Is there a way to get to the icon so that it can be seen in every view?
