Hi,
I'm developing an application in Java on a iPAQ 3900. This application will work with another application on a PC. What i want to do is that when an user goes away with his iPAQ so that connection is down some thing will happen both on the iPAQ and the PC, and when the user is back the connection should be resumed. The problem is that i do not know how to force Active Sync 3.5 to resume connection when possible.

That should be configured on the PC.

You could try using the Windows Scheduler utility. I believe there is a setting for activating tasks when a certain amount of idle time has occured and what happens when the computer wakes up. Good luck!

What I want is force it to start sync and that can only be done by pressing the"Sync"-button on the PDA. Or am I wrong?
