sync problems

I am trying to re-sync my palm and laptop and I get this error message ...any help??

I am using 4.1 ver. of palm software. I guess the pocket mirror is in it. I tried to reinstall 4.1 in the laptop only and still same...help

PocketMirror improperly installed or registry corrupt.I suggest you reinstall pocketmirror on your laptop:)
if that doesnt work either then you should uninstall it and remove all left-over registry entries as well (use regedit or som 3rd-party app).
