Well, as you have all read, I have struggled with my tungsten syncing with the card in (does ok, with it out). (Oh, I have no dust problem.) I wrote to technical and they gave me some suggestions which I had already done, but did again. I called, tech support, I bought a new card and tried that. Well, still same problem. Palm is sending me a new one, WITHOUT ASKING FOR MY OLD ONE FIRST). When I get the new one, I send the old one back with a postage paid box. How good can that be? So, I will not be without my palm and won't have to pay to return it.
