Erase Program Icon

I downloaded a program to my 6315. I don't like it... so I went to Remove Programs to delete it....... It told me the program was in use so certain file wouldn't be removed.
I went to File Explorer and just deleted the entire file. This was fine except it left the orphaned Icon on my program screen..... How do I remove this Icon.

Soft reset the ipaq, if it's stil there then open file explorer on the ipaq browse to Windows - Start Menu - Programs folder, locate the icon and delete it. By the way, next time soft reset, or stop the program first before uninstall it.
