How to sync the NOTE?

I bought my pda almost one year,thanks for the pdastreet forums give me a lot of useful information,and pationally answer my question even some of the question seems dull.
Right now I have a problem here ,because of the study reason usually I make a lot of note by the pda,and I want to sync it into computer certain file folder.Is there any way I can do that?

Activesync will only sync inside My Docouments folder both in pda and desktop. If you want to sync outside it, you'll need 3rd party softwares;
