Internet use with Cell Phone

I'm trying to setup my Axim 51v to connect with my cell phone to access the internt. I am using a Bluetooth connection and when I try to connect to the internet through Internet Explorer it ask to to enter a access number to connect to the internet. I downloaded Web to Go to try it out but it is not supported for Windows Mobile 5.0. Does anyone have any suggestions?
