contact sync w/outlook '03 & 5MX

what else right?

I have search thru all the other Contact Sync questions and i can't find my answer.

I have Outlook '03, the Agenda Syncs fine, but I the Contacts file doesn't sync.

The Contacts USED to sync just fine, but the last few times I rebooted it hasn't. (yes i have let my battery go dead and had to start from scratch a couple of times. )

Suggestions for where the problem may lie?

Have you checked the synch properties? When Synchronize starts, you should get a Psion Synchronizer window. Click on the Properties button, then in the Psion section of the Applications tab, make sure the Synchronize My Contacts box is checked.

yes that switch is on.
I even get the little grey warning box that askes me if i want to allow the program to access the contacts file for 1 min or 10 minutes.
I say 10 minutes (cause it SHOULD take a while) and then i actually SEE it read the agenda, the to-dos and the contacts, all this lasts about 1 minute...but the contacts file on the 5mx is empty.
so where did it go?
is there another switch somewhere?
