ique m5 internet connections

Ok hello everyone well yesterday I accomplished how to transfer files to and from my ique m5 to my Motorola V551 cell phone.Only one problem I dont know If my cell phone carrier gave me the wrong info to connect to the internet.My ique m5 reocognizes my cell through bluetooth and starts dialing the info that my cell carrier provided to me but says it cant connect.I really dont want to wi-fi my ique m5 I'd rather bluetooth with my phone.What Am I doing wrong Please help me......Thank You

Has anyone accomplished a connection to the internet via a cell phone?I have Cingular and my phone is a motorola V551.Please help
