Sync with Outlook

I just bought my Axim and I cant figure out how to get it to sync with Outlook. Everytime I go to sync it will not sync my outlook (notes, contact, tasks, etc.), but it just says "synchronizing" forever and never stops synchronizing... I can sync my microsoft money. Any ideas how to make it work?

May be a dumb question, but maybe you missed this, did you go to options and tell it what to sync in active sync?

Ok really I have no idea what I am doing, but it wont let me select options on my pc, but it will let me on my axim....

I don't sync much, but know that on the pc in options there are little check boxes for the different programs that it can sync with. Check the ones you want to do. If you can't check them I'd guess active sync didn't pick them up or something when it installed.

You do have to set up a partnership with the dell and active sync, did you go through that process?

Hopefully someone with more smarts than me posts some good info for you.
