Greetings,

After looking at my desktop I discovered that it does not have the Outlook program.... only Outlook Express. Should I delete Express and then add in the regular Outlook? (I think the CD has a new version of it) I don't know if there really is any difference or not. Please advise, any help is appreciated. This is a new thing for me.

Thank you

If you want to sync PIM data (mail, contacts, calendar,..) with the desktop, you will need to install full version of Outlook (you should install the one on the cd), activesync does not work with Outlook Express. You don't need to uninstall Outlook Express.
