SD cards make X51 crash?

Has anyone else experienced this problem with SD cards?

After a short while the Axim X51 needs a soft reset to work again.

I tried an old 16 MB Atari game card and found this problem.

Then I tried a 512 MB Kingston card.

I want to get a working SD card and was wondering if anyone has one that actually does not cause the X51 to crash.
