Superalert: PPC turns off after one Minute

Hello!

I've got a problem with my Cassiopeia E 200 G and the software "Superalert".

I set my PDA to turn off after fife minutes in the Pocket-PC-menu. It works correctly: when I leave it on - after one minute the lights turn off, after fife minutes, the PDA turns off.

But: when my Pocket PC reminds me about an appointment (using the repeating alerts with superalert) it turns off after one minute, although it should not do so.

Unfortunately the alarm turns off too after one minute of ringing (and starts ringing again, when I turn on the PDA manually...)

Anybody, who knows how to solve this problem?

Don't know about the program or your ppc, but sounds like it might be normal unless the software book says different. I could see the software taking over the auto off function when it has activated.

Email the maker of the software and see what they have to say.
