Tapland has posted an article about Olympic Systems, the repair company for Tapwave is selling flashed Zodiac 2 demo units. These are working Zodiac 2s BUT they are much stronger and called "tanks" because they were designed for store use.

I got hooked on the ease of use of a combo pda,dictaphone/ music recorder, multiposition screen -etc pda with the wondrous but too fragile Handera 330, which bailed out of business when palm took away their rights to use Palm os.
This post I'm replying to is almost 2 years old-- but.... thanks if you have any info.. The treo posibbly does most of what I want but it's hard to find one that is fully Palm OS yet Verizon and MAC compatible! None of the Tungsten series did it all reliably- the to I tried died of one or anothr malfunction within weeks.
So I am Back To using the most reliable palm ever- The M515.. and using a separate recording device and telephone..which is a pain!
I think I need t stay with Palm OS as I am a physician and so very much software that I use daily is on Palm os. Any other Ideas?

Most Mac users get MarkSpace's MissingSync to sync their Palm OS/Windows Mobile devices. Much better than Palm's software for the Mac.
