Need an app

I need an app that allows a user to see what's on the Palm's screen on the monitor. I'm supporting palm devices remotely and need to be able to pull up their screens, and ideally to be able to click on that screen with my mouse. It can eb a local application as I can VNC into the user's PC. I know there used to be an app like this... any ideas?
