I have a Psion series 5 and the screen has gone blank, otherwise it is fully functional.
Unfortunately, I have some important spreadsheets which are password protected in the Psion. I can only view these spreadsheets on my computer if I turn off the password but this is a problem if I can't see what I'm doing!!
However, I remember enough to be able to open and close the spreadsheets using the keyboard blindly but I do not remember how to turn the password off.
I think once I've opened the spreadsheet, I hit the <Menu> button then press the across and down arrows a number of times to get to the password screen. Can someone tell me how many times please.
Also, do I press enter to go into the password screen? Once I am in the password screen, can you tell me EXACTLY the keystrokes I must hit to enter my old password and save the spreadsheet with the password turned off.
I think I then hit <Ctrl+E> to save and exit the spreadsheet.
Then I should be able to open it using PsiWin on my computer.
Any help is much appreciated (and desperately needed!)
