.exe files?

Hi, can anyone give me a general idea which PDA's would support running a small (2MB) .exe standalone application. It is not anything complicated, just a units converter that was developed in Delphi.

If the program originally runs on Windows desktop, then you will need a Windows based Tablet or laptop. None of the pocketpc or palm will be able to run it.
