I got a 3870 with an upgraded PPC 2003, and lately it freezes. And when I do a soft reset, the screen turns white and freezes again. I have to do a hard reset to get it working. This has been happening a lot. I thought it was the software. But I got rid of all the 3rd party software and it still does it. I have plenty of memory available. I heard that the 3800's were buggy.
Anyway I was thinking, I browse the internet a lot. You think maybe I contracted a virus or something? I'm checking my email now, and out of nowwhere there's a black sguare in the left hand corner of Today Screen. It's getting ready to crash. Help!
