Has anybody have any information regarding P.O.S. as today I have tried contacting them by e.mail and phone and they are not replying.
Are they still in business?

I'm not aware of any problem with POS - I spoke to someone from there just a couple of days ago. I'll see what I can find out for you.

My 5mx got broke (sister dropped it)
i sent it to POS, after checking to see if they could chage the ROM (they cant, its got the didgy build 260 which refuses to use infrared mobiles)
got keyboard replaced and got it reskinned in nightfire red too.

they responded with a few hours to both emails ('do you change roms' and 'what skins in stock'), and the psion spent a few days in the post, and less than a day at POS. grwat service, i will not hesitate to use them again. :D

I've made some enquiries - it doesn't sound like there is any problem at POS - try again Monday and let us know.

Correct e-mail to use is info@posltd.com

That's good news - always pleased to hear about a Psion being refurbished and receiving a new lease of life! :)
