The reason I got my Palm Vx back in the day was so I could code on the road (hehe that rhymed), now i have a sony clie NR70v, but I played with a zaurus (the one with the slide-down keyboard) in the store the other day and it is sexy! I love how snappy it is and navigating the programs was so easy and quick! so my questions are these
1) Is there a way to input text through writing like grafitti on the screen? I am addicted to graffitti and am not fond of thumboards anyways and if I could just write on the screen (not necessarily grafitti) to input text, then this would almost be perfect (if there's something for my next question, then the zaurus is perfect)
2) Is there a compiler I can use to write programs on the device without the use of a desktop computer? there's a few for Palm (http://www.orbworks.com, http://www.quartus.net) and this device would be perfect if it has these two abilities.
also, does this device have lots of programs for it? I don't mean lots in comparison to palm, but lots as in...well does it have pretty good developer support? I like to code, but it's nice when the code's already written for you....
Thanks for your time!
