Jola013 02-20-2006, 08:52 AM just wondering how many if lots are still using the h22xx series ? wondering about longevity of those devices since it is about 3 years old now. what are people replacing the h22xx series with ? hx????... Mine is still going strong. I have looked at the specs of the new PDA's and the differences are not significant enough to justify upgrading. What I want is a hx 2790 with a VGA screen, then I will consider it. Otherwise just not worth it. My h2210 has a 1Gb SD card and a 2Gb CF card in it. I have a cfQue GPS card and a Sandisk WiFi card for it, and lots of software. It is fast enough. So why would I upgrade if I can't get a significant benefit such as a VGA screen ? mocketpc 02-21-2006, 12:35 AM thanks, that is what i was thinking as well. Still seems fast enough for my needs so far but more memory , a faster pxa272 and a vga display is very distracting. if i were upgrading i would probably consider hx4700, hx2795, asus A636 _________________ h2215 : rom 1.10.07 : 1Gb CF : AmbiCom WL11-SD Jola013 02-21-2006, 02:19 AM The hx4700 is too big and still has WM2003. The hx2790/2795 is certainly interesting but the screen is still QVGA. I would also like more memory and a better battery life but I will wait for the new PDA's later this year. My h2210 is doing fine and still looks new (I have a nice protective case for it). PDA Street
