Problematic M3

Hey everyone, took my M3 to Los Angeles last week and had nothing but problems. Ok, I guess it's expected in the Hollywood Hills (with signal weakness due to geographic conditions). It had me lost everywhere. I probably spent about three hours lost on my trip. Thats why I shelled out the 4 hundred bucks, to avoid that. I also had many access violations when going for city addresses. Lots of freezing too. Anyone have similiar issues?

It could be because the M3 is not as popular as the M5. I have a M3 and a M5 and I never use the M3. It is soley a back up.

The only time I had a similar problem was when I had forgotten to put the SD with the detailed map in the slot. Without the detailed map, the M3 drove me around my destination in circles on the freeways because it didn't know about the streets. Did you have your detailed LA map in the M3?
