help managing files

Hi - I'm a pensioner with my first handheld computer, an ipaq 2210.
I have inadvertantly created several 'new folders', which I seem to be unable to delete. I have also managed to install a couple of games into 'my documents'.
I'd like to move them into the 'games' folder and would appreciate any advice on this.
I know it's probably a basic question, I can't find anything in the user manual about this.

One way is to connect the ipaq to the desktop, make sure activesync is running, click Explore on desktop activesync window and you can browse the content of the ipaq and copy paste or delete any files or folder the same way you usually do on desktop.
For the games, the method above should work, but if you install them through activesync, you may have to uninstall them and reinstall in the proper place.
