Weird ActiveSync problem with 3630...please help

Active Sync and this 3630 had work haapier for months.

then i hardreset the PPC to clear up all the junk software i had try on it. afte the hard reset Activesync and PPC no longer able to connected.

when the ppc are plugin the cradle ,ppc screen will show "connect to" message but the Activesync just didn't dectect there is a device already plugin and after try many different method to make Activesync work like : uninstall/reinstall ...

Activesync may work may be 1 in 10 time PPC dock with cradle.

then i find out there is a pattern !

NOW Activesync only work when cradle than the power plugin this is really weird since before the problem, Activesync will work not matter power are plugin or not .

now i want to know is it some way i can make Activesync work like before again ?

any suggestion will be welcome.

What version of Activesync are you using? Did you change the usb port where the cradle connect to the desktop? A few steps you may have already done, use activesync 3.8, restart the desktop, move the cradle to another usb port (direct port to the desktop not through a hub), and inspect all the connection to make sure they are all connected and seated firmly and there is no damage.

i am using Activesync 3.8

and the cradel are connect to com port and connect to com1 which had not be change before or after the problem...

also even activesync and PPC connected with power plugin, if the power supply are remove the connect between AS &PPC will lose right away ,even the ppc are still ON.
