Ipaq backup

I have aquired another 3955,I made a recent backup of the one I use everyday. I want to have a complete duplicate with my second one to act as a backup unit.Do I just copy and paste all files or is there an easier way to do this?

As long as both units are the same make and model and running the same version of OS and ROM, you can simply do a restore if you use ipaq backup application. Sprite Clone maybe easier and faster;
