PDA recommendation

i'm looking to buy a PDA with the following characteristics,assume price is not a concern:

1.Windows Mobile 5.0 OS
2.At least 256MB of storage
3.Decent VGA Camera
4.Wi-Fi(preferrably built-in)

are there any models in the market that fits these criteria??

I think you hitten the "Nom man's land" of PPCs. Try the Treo700 if you have the money. Else I don't know
