Hi guys,

Feel like a bit of an idiot here. I'm using an HP 4700 and I've just set up my notebook's email to use Outlook so I can talk to my PDA (a real step down from Pegasus IMO). Now it seems that when I use the PDA, the only time I can send email is when I sync with the computer. Is that correct? Is there any way of making the PDA independently able to send messages through the same account (over a wireless connection elsewhere), and at the same time retain the sent messages for later synchronization with the computer?

Hope my question's clear.

Cheers,
Steve

Yes, as long as it's pop or imap mail then just set up another mail account in pocket outlook. There are more detailed help here;

Thanks AnswerDude!
One more thing: is there any way to get sent messages from the handheld's POP account into my Outlook account, so I can upload them to my main computer later, or should I just copy myself on my mails?

Cheers,
Steve

I suppose you can CC: or BCC: the mails to Outlook account. The desktop outlook should be able to retrieve those mails independently.
