4700 with media player problems

Can anyone tell me why media player 10 doesn't always display the album cover graphics? I have added the grapgics using musicmatch jukebox software and media player on my pc confirms that it's there...... But my Ipaq displays a different image.... very confused. Other files display no image at all.

any thoughts please.
