horizontal/landscape screen mode or prog?

is there a program or feature for pocket pcs that lets you view the screen on its side? i figure this would be better for internet browsing and documents and such. im in the hopes of getting a new dell pocketpc and im hoping that this isnt just a feature built into a few pdas and stuff.
