New TX user

I've had TX since Christmas. I use the basic features only.
No new software added. Hot syncs go smoothly.
Device has begun to restart itself almost continuously.
I shut it down and 1-2 minutes later...beep...its on again.
The last page used always reappears. Tried soft reset..no change.
I've had other palms but I am very poor at troubleshooting any
pda or computer device.
Any ideas? Many thanks.

Sounds like an alarm or reminder is set somewhere. It is a bite but you need to check everything close, memos, calendar etc.
