Filesys and replog error.

Hi,

I've had major problems with my iPaq 3850 lately.
I get either

"Application repllog.exe has performed an elligal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

program: repllog.exe
Exception: 0x80000002
Address: 0001a42c
"

Or the more serious error (where the iPaq after soft reset does a hard reset, ie clears the memory etc)

This error happens during sync.

(Just in time debugging)

(Clicking No will shut down the application)

I cant click either Yes or No at this stage...

Can anyone help?

I've contacted compac who said open the ipaq and take out the batteries (then changed his mind and said send it in).

I was hoping that there might be a fix out there...
