M100 connections

hi new boy here ,i have looked through a couple of pages of the archives but nothing yet .
hopefully to save time can anyone point me in the direction of any posts on converting a Palm Pilot cradle to be used serially by the M100 ,the cradle has been "adapted" ;) to fit the M100 but it doesent connect with the pc .
the cradle is working fine with the pilot and a palm3x but not the m100.
i suspect the connections are different any schematics to show how to rewire the cradle for the M100 ,thanks

PDCM1-M9-6
The PDCM1-M9 (or PDCM1-M9-6) has a male 9 pin D-sub connector. It is
a direct cable,i.e. there are no electronics in the cable. It connects to
the m100 and m105 Palm organizers.
