Synchronising two outlook applications

Is it possible to synchronise two separate outlook profiles on different desktops (e.g. one at home and one at work) with my Ipaq?

Yes this can be done, but the information will not beseperated on the iPAQ and will sync all the info in both places the next time you sync at each place.
