Your best bet is buying a wireless modem card from a phone company that provides wireless ISP services. Verizon wireless support both the Aircard 300 (19.2Kps) and Arcard 550 (128Kps).

Hi: I use my IPAQ this way -- I connect to a Sprint cell phone -- You have to make sure you buy a phone that has a Wireless PC Connection Card available for purchase (it's an accessory). Sprint didn't have very many cell phone models that had one . The connection card was around $100 (18 months ago). You have to have the expansion pack for the IPAQ as well--so you slide your expansion pack on your IPAQ and then you connect the PC connection card (which looks like a COMPAQ Flash card) into the slot--then you plug it into your telephone.
Then you have to configure your IPAQ for an internet connection --If you get this far let me know, and I can tell you what I know about how I set up my IPAQ for Earthlink connectivity--the dial ins could be a little different for each carrier. MSN probably can tell you how.
You'll probably be able to download your MSN emails AND send replies using your pocket inbox--since MSN is microsoft related. Microsoft has a free software that you can download for your IPAQ that sets it up for this. The rest of us who don't use MSN can receive email - but we can't send.
Enjoy !
