Palm to IPAQ

Is there a thread to this subject or can someone point me in the right direction to allow me to move all data from Palm Tungsten to an IPAQ, there must someone out there that has had to do this or even owns both types of device for some reason.

This can easily be done if you synchronize both devices to Microsoft Outlook. Synchronize your Tungsten to Outlook using the conduits supplied on the setup cd. You need to run the Palm setup program and choose the option to synchronize with Outlook. Once completed and you run HotSync, the data will be transferred into Outlook.

The iPaq comes with a utility called Active Sync. By default, Pocket PCs synchronize with Outlook. Any data in Outlook will automatically be transferred to the iPaq.
