datebook sync problems

I am using a IIIxe with Microsoft Outlook. I recently got a new computer at work. Now each time I sync, all of my previous apointments are purged. They are still on Outlook but not on my PDA. I can't find any purge command anywhere to stop this from happening. How do I stop it?

On your PalmDesktop do the following things:
Open your PalmDesktop
Click HotSync>Custom...

This should bring you to a menu where you can choose the actions you want to happen when you sync. Check there to see what happens. Mine is set to "Synchronize the Files". However I am using PocketMirror too. Check this and play with those settings. If you can't get it to work I would suggest trying Pocket Mirror or IntelliSync. Hope this helps.
