optimize TCPMP?

When I watch videos on my Ique 3600 it sort of jerks the video image. Not sure if the format of my converted video is optimized or not.

Using video that works perfectly on mu Video Ipod. Should work perfectly on my Ipaq 3600 also.

What is the perfect video format for using with TCPMP on the 3600?

I usually use and avi file, with xvid compression. A 2 hour movie should be about 350mb. Or around 192kbs for video stream. 96kbs MP3 Stream.
