Error Code 16397

I keep getting a window that says, "The HotSync operation was interrupted. Some of your data was NOT backed up." When I view the HotSync Log it appears that the Contacts sync failed and the Calendar sync failed with error code 16397. I've tried just about everything I can think of. I just want this unit to sync everything so I can move on.

Check the "Custom" setting of your "Hot Sync Manager." Are both Contacts and Calendar set for "Synchronize the files"?
