Voice speed dialing

Hi, I thought that I had posted this before, but can't find it, so here goes again. I am trying to figure out how to use voice speed dial to handle more than the normal 10 digit number. For example, how to dial extensions or menu items. One of my older phones had the option of adding pauses to the number called, but I can't figure out how to do that with the MDA. Anybody out there know?
